Your business is better than your website.
Let's fix that in about five days, not months.

You've spent years building a reputation your website doesn't show. We build the website that finally matches it, properly, in about five days — and once it's yours, on the Priority plan a change is live in 24 hours.

No plan at all? That's fine too. You take the website with you, and one-off updates are always available at US$150 per request with about a week's turnaround. The full plan terms are written in plain English at foundersweb.co/terms.

Clear boundaries

What a "change request" means

No fine print — just an honest line between a change and new construction.

One request is

One message, about one page of your website.

  • New hours, three photos swapped, a paragraph rewritten, a price list updated
  • Any words, photos, prices, menus, staff, notices
  • Layout adjustments, colors, spacing, styling
  • If we got it wrong, the fix is free. If you change your mind, that's a new request
  • A whole new page counts as three

New scope — quoted separately

New functionality is new construction. You'll always get a clear quote first.

  • Booking & reservation systems
  • Members areas & logins
  • Payment processing
  • Third-party integrations
  • Copywriting, branding projects & redesigns

The 24 hours run Monday to Friday, from the moment we have everything we need — the words, the photos, the exact change. Sent Friday at 4, done by Monday at 4. Each request covers up to an hour of work; unused requests don't roll over, and an eleventh one waits for next month or goes at $35 an hour, your choice. We take up to fifteen business days a year off, announced two weeks ahead; the clock pauses, but a website that goes down still gets fixed the same day.

On Essential, the quick fix is one request of up to an hour on one page — a number, hours, a price, a photo, a notice, a typo — done within five business days. After that, $35 an hour, with an estimate first if it's more than an hour.

Straightforward terms

How it works

01

See it first

Nothing is due until you've seen your website and want it live.

02

Simple payments

Love it? Pay once — in full, or in easy monthly payments. Proper invoices, every time.

03

10 days of changes

Every change you ask for in your first 10 days after buying is included. After that, the Priority plan keeps them coming — within 24 hours.

04

Yours, no lock-in

You own everything outright — design, code, and content. Subscribe to a care plan, or cancel, any time.

The Trade Desk — dragons take treasure, too

Some businesses are rich in gear and short on cash. Once in a while, we'll take a trade instead of a check: an item worth shipping or a service worth using, in exchange for your build. Every offer is weighed case-by-case — we pass on most, but a great trade is a great deal on both sides of the table.

  • The offer must be worth as much as or more than the package price, at honest market value
  • Items must be shippable (or freight-arrangeable); services must be something we'd genuinely use
  • Reviewed case-by-case, no obligation either way — and a proper invoice is issued at fair value regardless
  • Applies to the build only — care plans stay on regular billing

If you launch it, you pay for it.
If you pass, you owe nothing.

That's the whole guarantee. You see the finished work before a single invoice exists — because the work is good enough to sell itself.
